On Wednesday, November 18th, Lauren Okafor '10 signed a letter of intent to play basketball for the Providence College Friars in the Fall of 2010. In a ceremony in the Hopkins Gym, with the support of her gathered family, coaches, teammates and members of the press, Lauren signed the letter of intent to a round of applause. Her mother, Carlene Moody-Okafor, provided the backdrop for the occasion, a photo slideshow of Lauren through the years with her family and friends.
