Registration Instructions
Please select the number of participants you intend to register. Full payment is due at time of registration.
Foursome: If registering a foursome, you may enter each player's name, or select "Register Later". Final names of players are due to Katey Varanelli at kvaranelli@hopkins.edu by June 11.
Individual Players: If registering as an individual or a small group, please complete all information, and under Event Preferences, type in the names of those you wish to play with. If you have no preference as to who you play with, please leave it blank. Final foursome requests are due to Katey Varanelli by June 11.
