Thank you for your generosity! Please submit your Donation Forms as soon as possible and no later than May 5.

A thank you note detailing the tax-deductible donation will be mailed to you. By signing this Donation Form, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hopkins Committee of Trustees, Inc. a/k/a Hopkins School, and all directors, officers, employees and volunteers of such organizations against any loss, damage, or injury caused by or arising out of the donated item, activity or premises.
