Squash Teams Head to Nationals

This weekend, both the Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls Squash teams will be participating in the 2019 HEAD U.S. High School Team Squash Championships.
This event is the largest Junior Squash Tournament in the world, with over 200 teams of seven players each involved.  Many schools participating come from New England, but the tournaments also draws teams from Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Georgia, just to name a few.  All schools are divided into flights of 16, with every team participating in at least four matches.  Play begins Friday morning at 8:00 AM and finishes Sunday afternoon.

Last year, the Girls Varsity A Team won the Division III National Championship.  This year, they will be playin in Division IV, with their first match on Friday at 10:00 AM.  The girls team will spend the weekend competing at Loomis Chaffee

The Boys team will be playing in the top of Division II, with their first match taking place on Friday at 8:00 AM.  If they win, they may move up to Division I in 2020.  The boys team will spend the weekend competing at Westminster.
