Supporting Gender Equity at Hopkins

Last week, consultant Alexandra Scott visited Hopkins to help further educate our community about transgender and gender non-binary issues, so we can better support our trans children and adults. During her visit, Scott, a transgender educator and gender equity advocate with more than 30 years of experience as a teacher, counselor and school administrator, hosted roundtable discussions with several student groups, and led a session with faculty and staff. She will return later this school year to lead additional workshops.
