Alumni Gather in New York, New Haven

Hopkins alumni, trustees and faculty came together in large numbers this holiday season in both New Haven and New York, reconnecting with one another and welcoming Head of School, Matt Glendinning. On Wednesday, Nov. 9, more than 150 gathered at the Union League Cafe in New Haven. Guests were welcomed by Alumni Association President, Amy Caplan '91, and heard Head of School, Matt Glendinning, speak about his first few months at Hopkins. Guests were also excited to see drawings and schematics of the highly anticipated Academic and Performing Arts Center. Later in the season, on Thursday, Dec. 8, New York-area alumni gathered at the storied Yale Club in New York City, welcoming Matt Glendinning, and enjoying hors d'oeuvres and conversation as well as the opportunity to catch up with the many faculty who made the trip into the city for this popular annual event.
