The Boys Basketball Program at Hopkins is dedicated to mastering the fundamentals of the game while still competing at a high level. The program consists of boys from grades 7 through 12 playing at the Junior School (grades 7 and 8), Junior Varsity, and Varsity levels. The Varsity level competes in the Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA), as well as non-league games consisting of other NEPSAC schools.
Head Coach Ryan Errico joined Hopkins in 2018. Errico most recently served as head coach at Weston High School where he helped the team to win an SWC Championship and its first Class M State Championship. Previously, he was an assistant coach for his Alma Mater, Cranston High School West in Cranston, Rhode Island.
Hopkins is a private middle school and high school for grades 7-12. Located on a campus overlooking New Haven, CT, the School takes pride in its intellectually curious students as well as its dedicated faculty and staff.
