The Girls Basketball Program at Hopkins is dedicated to mastering the fundamentals of the game while still competing at a high level. The program consists of girls from grades 7 through 12 playing at the Junior School (grades 7 and 8), Junior Varsity, and Varsity levels. The Varsity level competes in the Faichester Athletic Association (FAA), as well as non-league games consisting of other NEPSAC schools.
The team travels to Northampton, MA to play in the Ray Brown Holiday Basketball Tournament hosted by Williston Northampton School. This is an overnight weekend-long trip that provides the girls with a great bonding experience as well as high pressure game experience.
