  Tom joined the Alumni and Development team in 2018. Previously, he served as the Director of Alumni and Parent Relations at Wesleyan University. Originally from Pennsylvania, Tom attended Perkiomen School, where he graduated as valedictorian. Tom went on to earn a degree in Government from Wesleyan University and holds an M.A. in Political Management from The George Washington University. 

  
  Tom lives in Glastonbury with his wife, Stephanie, and three kids, enjoys traveling extensively, and spends every fall cheering for the Washington Commanders and the Penn State Nittany Lions!

  Danielle joined the Alumni and Development team in 2022. Previously, she spent three years teaching, coaching, working in admissions, and living in the dorm at Loomis Chaffee. Danielle grew up in Millbrook, NY, and attended Connecticut College, where she double majored in Psychology and Human Development. She then went on to earn her M.A. in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Danielle lives in Hamden and enjoys reading, spending time outside, swimming, and riding her Peloton.

  Dan joined the Alumni and Development team in 2005. Previously, he held various roles at Fairfield University, Trickle Up, Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Peace Corps. Dan is a Blackbaud Certified Professional with a rich background in advancement services, program management, and IT coordination. He holds an M.P.A. in Nonprofit Management from the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, and a B.A. in Economics and Secondary Education from Cornell College. 

  
  Outside of the office, Dan enjoys family time, travel, baking, golf, and photography—he is also an avid reader on many topics!

  Jennifer joined the Alumni and Development team in 2019. She's built her career in the nonprofit sector, advancing missions such as hunger alleviation, children's welfare, and education. She received her B.A. from The College of Wooster and enjoyed a year of studying in Paris! Jennifer loves traveling, reading, and all things culinary. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her husband and her grown children.

  Kaitlyn joined the Alumni and Development team in 2021, right after graduating from Southern Connecticut State University! She grew up in New Haven and while she knows the area well, she is always discovering something new to explore. Kaitlyn loves spending time outdoors; her favorite activities are hiking, traveling, or embarking on an adventure close to home—just to name a few.
  
  Why do you choose to work at/give to Hopkins?
  I choose to give to Hopkins because I am inspired by all that the school has to offer and the positive impact it makes on our students' lives! I love to do what I can to support the Hopkins programs and initiatives that ultimately shape the student experience here.

  Kim joined the Alumni and Development team in 2021. She has over a decade of experience fundraising for nonprofits, having previously served at The School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center, The Newseum, The George Washington University, The Guggenheim Museum, and New York City Ballet. She graduated with a B.A. from Dickinson College. 

  
  Kim loves to travel, read, and try new restaurants. Originally from Rye, NY, she now lives in Westport with her husband and daughter, and enjoys spending the weekends exploring all that Connecticut has to offer!

  My goal is to help our students achieve their fullest potential, and to give them a strong foundation that will support them well beyond their years at Hopkins!

  Lauren Reichart

  Lauren joined the Alumni and Development team in 2007. She spent the previous four years as the Director of Development and Parent Liaison at Dutchess Day School in Millbrook, NY. A graduate of Cornell University and four-year boarding student at Westminster School, she has enjoyed being involved in and learning the culture of a day school. She lives in Woodbridge with her husband, Chris, and their two daughters, Kelsey and Ally—both of whom are current Hopkins students, giving Lauren the pleasure of experiencing Hopkins as a parent, as well! 

  
  She coaches the Junior School lacrosse team—which is a highlight of each day—and loves reading, running, watching the NY Rangers and, most importantly, spending time with her family.

  Charles Rich

  Charlie joined the Alumni and Development team in 2016. Previously, he worked in nonprofit development and fundraising, as well as investment management. Just before joining Hopkins, Charlie spent five years in South Africa, helping to develop a world-class, affordable high school for underserved youth. He has a passion for independent schools, having studied at The Roxbury Latin School and Phillips Academy. 

  Charlie holds a B.A. in Philosophy with a concentration in Religious Studies from Kenyon College, where he also captained the varsity soccer and lacrosse teams! He lives in New Haven with his wife, Thabisa, and two kids, Elethu and Asante.

  
  What makes Hopkins special to you?
  As a parent and staff member at Hopkins, I firmly believe that we are so special because of our people. Our students are bright, curious, and eager to learn—a joy to teach and work with. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives, which enriches our classrooms and campus life. The teachers and staff at Hopkins are truly exceptional. They are not only experts in their respective fields but are also deeply committed to the well-being and success of each student. And parents of Hopkins students are warmly welcomed, like we are part of a larger family. The sense of camaraderie and unity among parents and staff alike creates a supportive network that extends beyond the school walls.

  Beth Ann joined the Alumni and Development team in 2018. Previously, she spent nearly four years as the Assistant Director of Development at the Taft School. She also enjoyed a career building relationships in the financial sector of the vintage and high-end car industry! She brings over a decade of account management and fundraising experience and holds a B.A. in English from Fairfield University. 
  
  

  Outside of the office, Beth Ann lives in Milford, where she is an avid racing sailor, enjoys activities on the water, playing amateur chef, and traveling.
  
  

  Why do you choose to work at/give to Hopkins?

  There is something particularly satisfying about being able to work for an educational institution that is so dedicated to the success of its students. Our work, I hope, helps to foster relationships between our school and the wider community—all while securing the financial support to give our deserving students the best opportunities to go out into the world and make a positive impact with their talents.  It's gratifying to be a part of this important effort.

  Donna joined the Alumni and Development team in 2014. She spent the previous five years as Stewardship Coordinator at The Maritime Aquarium after serving as an Editor for The Hour Newspapers in Norwalk, CT. In her role at Hopkins, Donna creates communications that help engage and steward our generous donors. She greatly enjoys and appreciates being part of the school's vibrant learning community! 
  
  

  Donna, her husband, Matt, and their son, Matthew—who currently attends Hopkins as a member of the Class of 2029—live in Stratford, CT. She enjoys crafting jewelry, acting in local theater, listening to music, reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
