Hopkins has a long standing tradition of helping families attend our School. This year we awarded more than $4 million in grants. These are not loans and there is nothing to pay back. We also provide assistance for supplemental costs beyond tuition. Books, transportation and laptops are considered when an initial award is made. Lunch is included for all students. Families may also request funds from the Financial Aid Office to cover other non-tuition costs, such as field trips.
For families with an income at or below $75,000 Hopkins may be tuition-free. We are committed to making Hopkins affordable for families from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds. Each family is unique and financial circumstances can vary widely. The Financial Aid Committee makes decisions on a case-by-case basis, and seeks to partner with families to make a Hopkins education affordable. We meet 100% of our admitted students demonstrated financial need.
