HOP Homecoming 2018

Last weekend, Hopkins held it's 2018 Homecoming on a blustery and beautiful fall day. The event celebrated our fall teams, and was a chance for alumni/ae to come back to the hill and catch up!

Alumni/ae were invited to play in the 3rd annual Alumni/ae Soccer game, and attend an alumni/ae tailgate for soccer and football.

A collection of family activities entertained HOP fans of all ages, including a bouncy obstacle course, face painting and balloon animals. The Parent Association handed out spirit flair including noisemakers and buttons, and visitors enjoyed fall refreshments including apple cider donuts and kettle corn. The Student Council provided a cookout on the Big H. The school store also relocated outside Heath Commons, selling HOP gear to enthusiastic fans.

Fall Athletic teams had a day filled with fun and fierce play. Final scores are listed below:

Thirds Boys Soccer vs Kingswood-Oxford Loss 1-2
Varsity Field Hockey vs Hamden Hall Win 3-2
Varsity Volleyball vs Miss Porter's Win 3-2
