This was the latest in the very successful “Hopkins Blackberry Breakfast” series, which brings together Hopkins alumni/ae and parents of all industries for business networking. These breakfasts are a worthwhile way to connect with Hopkins in the workplace.
A brief presentation about the company was made by event host and Yodle co-founder, Ben Rubenstein ’01, and Trustee Dick Ferguson ’63 HGS, P’11, who provided an update on the state of the school. Ben informed the group that Yodle is a leading local online advertising company with a mission of connecting businesses with consumers simply and cost-effectively. The company has been growing rapidly over the past six years and is currently continuing that expansion, with the support of several leading venture capital firms. Current Hopkins alumni/ae who also work at Yodle are Mike Ryan ’03, Kyle Zaffin ’04, Hugh Bridgers ’04, and Zoe Black ’06.
