Hopkins beats Masters in the pit

Hopkins had the rare opportunity to play on the turf and came away with a 4-1 win over Masters.

Senior Marco Dias got on the end of a flick from sophomore Tommy Pont Strong to open the scoring. Pont Strong made his own goal for the second a few minutes later, muscling past a defender before cooly slotting home. Masters scored a few minutes before the end of the half.

Senior Noah Whalen and Pont Strong provided for each other in the second half. Whalen scored his first career goal.

Hopkins travels to GFA for another FAA game next Wednesday.
