Hopkins Girls XC Completes 2nd Consecutive Undefeated FAA Season

The FAA (Fairchester Athletic Association) held its third and final regular-season XC meet at Seaside Park in Bridgeport today (Wed 10/15).
 
All 10 FAA girls' teams participated, and all results were scored dually for regular-season standings. The race was 5k.
 
The Hopkins girls went 9-0 against the opposition.
 
The race winner was Lily Lyons from Greenwich Academy in 18:17.
The top runners from Hopkins were: 
4th place - 9th grader Audrey Xia (20:31)
5th place  - senior captain Mikoto Araki-Siegenfeld  (20:47)
7th place - senior captain Vivian Huang (21:09)
8th place - sophomore Anoa Dawson (21:12)
9th place - 9th grader Willa Kennedy (21:17)
10th place - sophomore Maddie Blank (21:30)

This completes the Hopkins girls' 2d consecutive undefeated FAA season.
 
The team next competes at the FAA championship race on Mon 10/27 at Waveny Park.
