Hopkins Lobs It High Against Kent School
Thanks to all players and parents who were at the KENT match---Wow what a great experience to play with such a great team with some of the best sportsmen in the game.
Even though the Match score was 0-7, I saw that each Hopkins Player put his BEST effort out there to play points, lots of LOBS, Volleying, and great gets up front and good length. I am proud of how well you ALL did and your level of competition and sportsmanship. It was incredible to watch our #1 Brendan Tagliarini really put Hollis Robertson (Senior, Pro player now, #1 in U19 and 6.58 rating) to the test. Brendan WON points when really determined. Hollis did not win without a Battle---showed serious skills, while at the same time was a great sport and teammate. Making these friends is what it's all about, right?!!!
