Nine Seniors Named Finalists for the 2025 Presidential Scholars Program
Congratulations to seniors Christina Cao, Alicia Cheng, Julia DiMiceli, Yuki Heeger, Sean Kelly, Joy Kim, Ethan Liu, Alexander Skula, and Kyle Zhang for being named finalists for the 2025 U.S. Presidential Scholars Program.
A nomination to the U.S. Presidential Scholars Program is among the highest honors a graduating high school senior can receive in America. Scholars are selected on the basis of superior academic and artistic achievements, leadership qualities, strong character, and involvement in school and community activities. Each year, up to 161 seniors from around the country are chosen from the nearly 3.6 million students expected to graduate from U.S. high schools in 2025. The Commission on Presidential Scholars, a group of up to 32 eminent citizens appointed by the president, will select the finalists, and the U.S. Department of Education will announce the scholars in May.
Please join us in congratulating these individuals for this tremendous achievement.
