On Friday, May 22, the senior class was inducted into the Hopkins Alumni/ae Association at a lovely luncheon on the Calarco Library patio.
Head Adviser to the senior class, Kristine Waters spoke to the students about their last few weeks at Hopkins and encouraged them to enjoy every moment of it, rather than letting it race by. Jedd Whitlock, Director of Development, then introduced Matt Greene ’86, President of the Alumni/ae Association, who addressed the class and welcomed them into the Association. The Alumni/ae Association provides opportunities to always remain connected to Hopkins wherever you are in the world. Barbara Riley then introduced alumnus Vincent Granata ’05, who spoke to the students about his current career as a teacher and how his Hopkins experience has helped him on his life’s journey.
Please view Vince’s address and remarks from Kristine Waters, Matt Greene and Barbara Riley in the attached videos.
