Eating Your Way Through Hopkins
Every day for lunch we have pasta, two different soups, a salad bar, a sandwich bar, and a hot lunch option. Flick dining services is in charge of food on campus and they do a great job of giving us a variety of good options every day. They also work with students who may have certain dietary needs. Lunch is included in tuition and you can eat as much as you want! You can always check the weekly lunch menu here.
If you miss breakfast, we have the Cafe located in Upper Heath that sells pastry, drinks, and breakfast sandwiches, and if you need a snack or drink before sports, we have “the Cage” in the athletic center. A lot of the time someone in each adviser group on Tuesday and Thursday morning will bring in snacks for the group too! And if you are a Junior School student (7th or 8th grader) you actually get a school provided snack a few afternoons a week!

Soups: Cauldron Chicken Curry Soup and Vegetable Magpie Gruel
Entree: BAT WINGS WITH ASSORTED DRIPPING SAUCES
Vegetable: Roasted Cauliflower Brains
Starch: Mac and Sneeze
Salad Bar: Black & Bleu Chicken Salad
Dessert: Mud Bog Surprise

There is a lot of really good food at Hop, but luckily, we have a lot of stairs and walking to do too!

Hopkins is a private middle school and high school for grades 7-12. Located on a campus overlooking New Haven, CT, the School takes pride in its intellectually curious students as well as its dedicated faculty and staff.
