Alec Gewirtz '14 named a CT Youth Volunteer of the Year


Hopkins senior Alec Gewirtz was named one of two CT Youth Volunteers of the Year by the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program.

Each year the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards honor young people across the nation for outstanding acts of volunteerism. Hopkins senior Alec Gewirtz was named one of two Connecticut youth volunteers of the year. Alec will receive $1000, an engraved medallion and a trip to the nation's capital.
