Tall Taft Tennis Team Tops Hopeful Hopkins Hilltoppers, 6--1

In the season finale for both teams, the highly regarded Taft boys
junior varsity tennis team came to Hopkins to play on a dry but windy
afternoon on Wednesday, May 20.  Taft began by sweeping all 5 doubles
matches, 2 of which were exhibition contests.  Taft also dominated in
the top several singles spots, but in the lower part of the singles
ladder, the matches became closer as both teams fought hard from start
to finish.  The loss to Taft gives our Hopkins team a most respectable
7--3 overall dual meet season record.
