Although we won all of our matches today vs. Foote, every single one of them was closer then the games played in our 8-2 win last week. Lines 1-4 were particularly challenged today by our "fleet-Foote-ed" opponent. In particular, Dowin and Andrew had to dig deep to close out long points that often took them into the rear corners of the court. James and Michael V each had to come from behind in their games to close out their matches. And Angelina controlled the middle of the court to hit deep drives into the two forehand sides of her rival today.
Awesome Job, Team! We're going into a 4-day weekend but return to the courts on Tuesday so we can gear up for two matches next week. First up is GFA at GFA on Wednesday, followed by Renbrook at home. Enjoy the vacation time and YEAH HOP!!
