Current and Former Hopkins Squash Players Compete this Weekend

Gonzalo de la Mora '21, Nick Wilkinson '21, and Spencer Lovejoy '16 are all competing in the New Haven Lawn Club Open 2020 this weekend, hosted by the Professional Squash Association.
The competition showcases athletes from all over the world, and takes place from October 23rd-25th.

Today (Friday, October 23rd), starts the competition for our Hopkins Players.  First up at 3:30 is de la Mora, currently ranked 24th in the U19 category in the US, playing against Timmy Brownell, currently ranked 134th in the world.

At 4:30, former Hopkins captain and current number 1 player for Yale University Spencer Lovejoy takes the court against David Beeson, formerly of Brunswick School.

5:30 rounds out the first day with Wilkinson, currently ranked 31st in the U19 division in the US, versus Faraz Khan, who is currently ranked 98th in the world.
