Hopkins opens season with win

Hopkins finally opened its 2023 season with a trip down to GFA. After a scoreless first half, Munib Kassem (11) pounced on a loose ball in the area. Ethan Liu (11) fed Nate Huang (11) later in the half for the Hilltoppers' second. Jon Perez (12) kept a clean sheet in goal.

Hopkins plays its first home game against Masters on Friday. Kickoff is 4:30.
