Caterina '23 Gives Italian Lecture to CITA

Student Caterina '23, who is currently taking AP Italian Language and Culture 4, was invited to give a lecture for the CITA's (Connecticut Italian Teachers of America) Distinguished Lecture Series on Friday, December 11. During the virtual event, Caterina's gave a talk titled "L'identità italiana: l’Italia di oggi, la seconda generazione e la letteratura." She shared her own experiences, being born in Italy and speaking Italian all her life, her observations of Italian dialects, as well as a portion about Italian food. Congratulations Caterina!
