Track & Field at the Penn Relays
Members of the Varsity Track & Field team will head to Franklin Field the University of Pennsylvania to compete in the annual Penn Relays.
The events take place from April 23rd-25th. The competition has both a collegiate and high school division. Track & Field programs come far and wide for the competition, not just from all over the United States, but also from places as far as the Caribbean, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Hopkins will be represented in heats of both the Boys and Girls 4x100 meters and 4x400 meters. The girls compete on Thursday; the 4x100M race is event 111 at 11:45 AM, and the 4x400M is event 164 at 4:08 PM. The boys compete on Friday and Saturday; the 4x100M is event 331 at 12:25 PM on Friday, the 4x400M is event 541 at 11:15 AM on Saturday.
