On May 22, 2026, the annual Awards Assembly & Yearbook Dedication recognized students of all grades for their academic achievements. The 2026 Hopkins Yearbook was also unveiled to the community, with a special dedication to Spanish teacher Marie Doval, who has served the community for 37 years.
Throughout the all school assembly, faculty spoke about each recipient’s work and dedication to their craft before announcing their names.
Editor-in-Chief of the Yearbook Molly P. ’26 revealed the 2026 yearbook with a special student-made video highlighting the yearbook club and its advisers, Amelia Audette, Kristen Abraham, and Megan Maxwell. On behalf of the entire club, Powers thanked departing faculty and staff Leah Fry, Jennifer Geel, Shanti Madison, Angelina Massoia, and Angela Wardlaw ’84, and presented the yearbook dedication to Spanish teacher Marie Doval, who is retiring this year after 37 years of serving the Hopkins community.
To close the assembly, Art Department Chair and Director of Creative Programming Bobby Smith introduced Nia McKeithen ’26 and the Hopkins Jazz Band, who performed “Feeling Good” by Leslie Bricusse and Anthony Newley, arranged by Roger Holmes.
